Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received.
If an item is delivered in several part-shipments, the withdrawal period begins when the last part-shipment is received.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Return costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
This does not apply where COMFORSH has expressly agreed a different arrangement with you.

Loss of value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods where that loss of value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by law under § 312g (2) BGB.
This may apply, for example, to certain goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where their seal was removed after delivery.
As COMFORSH does not generally manufacture goods to individual customer specifications, the right of withdrawal is not excluded merely on the grounds of individual production.
